Poor Airtel service irks Bijbehara residents

Anantnag, 16 May(PTK). Airtel is one of the largest growing telecom operator across in India, butfailed to provide quality calling and internet service to the people Living in far-flung areas. The Airtel Subscribers from Khiarm , Sirhama, Nowshara  , Mahind villages of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district are in difficult situation as they are unable use the mobile services properly, due to the erratic mobile and internet service of Airtel, So called largest Network of India.

“We conveyed it to Airtel Customer Care and Nodal Officer that from last Six months we are facing networking problem, they assured us,“We will look into the matter and will solve your problems soon, but all in vain.”subscribers said.

They added, “Although Airtel is the leading telecommunication company, but the company failed to provide quality calling and internet service to the people of these villages.”

“I was trying to reach out to my friends on WhatsApp since 12 noon but couldn’t as my phone signal went haywire. I was unable to access my e-mails on the phone,” subscriber told this reporter.

“Every time when I attempt to make a Phone call, the response is ‘the number is not-reachable’ or the message ‘no network’ gets displayed on the screen. We have to wait for hours to get our calls connected,” he said. The companies have abortive the students and businessmen who greatly rely upon internet and mobile telephony,” he added.

They requested the Nodal Officer of Kashmir Region of concerned company to restore the calling cum internet services in these areas, so that local people may not face any inconvenience in future(PTK)
