To follow some unwritten rules whether to want or not is very important if one wants to hold a certain position in the society.

As a result, sometimes we have to give up on the things we like to wear, because of the society.

In the working world, clothes matter more, especially if your job involves lots of face time with coworkers or clients. Even if your office doesn’t have a written dress code, if your attire falls short of professional standards, there’s nothing more awkward and embarrassing for you and your boss than being called in for your own private episode of “what not to wear”. Here’s a rundown of how to choose your work-wear and avoid any fashion faux pas.

The problem of dress code create new way to ignore and judge someone by their cloths what they are wearing.

One of the girl student of women college Aqsa Sahaf said that if a girls wear, a pantsuit or mid-length skirt suit, black or neutral closed-toe pumps, and a conservative blouse are your best bet, although you have a bit more flexibility in terms of cuts, styles, and color.  She said that people will start ignore as well as criticism that is people in our society. Our Dress code can;t judge us  what we have to face that is about character. we face such problem in our society but they also understand that everyone have choose what they want to wear, so why someone judge us.

She added that “Dress code only for girls is totally unfair. If we talk about giving equal rights to both boys and girls, we should impose restriction on both sexes.

Another girl student from Kashmir Aafreen Zaira said that “we live in Kashmir so we must understand our dresscode, because we have the dress code which is something different from other state.

She added that, who believes the dress code will not have any impact in over society. When a girls study outside state that is also a problem to make a change in dress code, after come back to Kashmir they start wearing different dress codes, then people start criticise over dress code, even parents also face criticism over the dress of children.

It is strongly recommended to follow these simple rules of decency. This is especially important when your work is related to the communication with customers. The dress code fosters a sense of proportion and style.  Like it or not people” meet by clothes and see off by mind”.

It should go without saying, but sports jerseys, evening gowns, exercise wear, pajamas, and any clothing that sports an offensive image or slogan are a bad idea no matter where you work. Even if your workplace is accepting of very casual or creative clothes, there should still be a discernible difference between your work attire and your loungewear. Stained, torn, and worn-out stuff gives the impression to your boss and coworkers that you’re lazy and doesn’t care.

The problem of dress code in society make a clear answer to whole world that the mind set of will not change to make a positive sense through which we start judge someone over dress code. Judging someone over dress codein not so important but the way they criticise that is wrong.

The idea that girls are somehow responsible for ‘provoking’ harassment from boys is shamefully exacerbated by an epidemic of increasingly sexist dress codes. Across the world, stories have recently emerged about girls being hauled out of class, publicly humiliated, sent home, and even threatened with expulsion for such transgressions as wearing tops with ‘spaghetti straps,’ wearing short cloths.

The reasoning behind such dress codes, which almost always focus on the girls’ clothing to a far greater extent than the boys’, is often euphemistically described as the preservation of an effective ‘learning environment. Often schools go all out and explain that girls wearing certain clothing might ‘distract’ their male peers in reality these messages privilege boys’ apparent ‘needs’ over those of the girls, sending the insidious message that girls’ bodies are dangerous and provoke harassment, and boys can’t be expected to control their behavior, so girls are responsible for covering up his education is being prioritized over hers.”

It is strongly recommended to follow these simple rules of decency. This is especially important when your work is related to the communication with customers. The dress code fosters a sense of proportion and style.  Like it or not people” meet by clothes and see off by mind”.

“Dress shabbily and they remember the dress; dress impeccably and they remember the person”, as Coco Chanel once said.

“What to wear: An employee chooses. How to dress: His employer chose.”
