Bank casher beaten in Pahalgam

SRINAGAR, JULY 27 (PTK): A bank casher was allegedly brutally beaten up by his neighbours this morning in Larripora Pahalgam here today

 

A bank casher identified as Javid Ahmad Bhat was beaten by Gh Mohideen and his two sons namely Tariq Ah and Javid Ahmad, family members said.

 

Soon after he was taken to the nearly by hospital where doctors suggest him to go the District Hospital Anantnag where his head was found critically fractured.

 

 

They said that the reason is yet to be known. They said he was beaten outside his house when he was going office along with Rs 4.5 lakh cash, which was missing after the incident.

 

While talking to Press Trust of Kashmir, SHO Pahalgam, Tanveer Ahmad said they are looking into the case adding that action will be taken. (PTK)
